Please take note that whether you are participating in any event of any nature whatsoever offered during the Kelrn Mountain Bike Event by Kelrn Vervoer, or whether you are entering any of the properties/venues made available for any event whatsoever (without limiting the generality thereof), or whether you are a family member, guest, or any other entrant to any of the aforesaid, all participants enter the events and properties/venues hosted by Kelrn Vervoer at their absolute own risk, profit, and loss.

Kelrn Vervoer is hereby indemnified by you and shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever and howsoever arising for any claims and/or losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including legal and medical costs), or injuries or death of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising due to your participation in any event or entering any property/venue under the control of Kelrn Vervoer during the event.

By partaking in the events, you acknowledge and accept that there may be inherent risks involved, and you agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury or death you may sustain, as well as for any loss or damage to personal property.

This disclaimer applies to all events organized by Kelrn Vervoer and is in effect upon entry to the event premises/venues or participation in any related activities.

It is confirmed that by submitting your personal information, you consent to the collection, collation, processing, and storing of such information and the use and disclosure of such information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
